Fabulous Shellfish Cooking Course at The Vintage Entertainer
The Vintage Entertainer was delighted to host a Shellfish Cooking course run by Waterlane Workshops for William's Food Hall today. Ten foodies were tutored by talented Head Chef Steve from William's Kitchen as he ran through everything from how to shuck oysters to dressing a crab and perfectly cooking lobster. Lots of other recipes and tips culminated in a delicious lunch of crab pasta and much chat and laughter. Do get in touch if you are interested in any future courses.
