A smart Art Deco silver plated drinks tray or salver by Walker & Hall, Sheffield with three scroll feet and gadrooned rim. This useful addition to the home bar has the Walker & Hall stamp to the base and a date letter to represent 1935.
Walker & Hall was one of the excellent English silversmiths of the 19th Century, established in Sheffield in 1845. They enjoyed an enviable reputation in the hey-day of English silversmithing but eventually, in 1963, they were incorporated into Mappin & Webb continuing today as the brand Mappin & Webb.
