A fantastic antique find: an original House of Commons silver plated ice bucket with hallmarks for Elkington, date letter 1881. This fabulously worn piece of antique barware is in the shape of a coopered barrel and has the House of Commons crown emblem and HC engraved to the front and full makers marks to the base. This piece of serveware would have been used in the House of Commons when William Gladstone was Prime Minister. Condition: splendidly worn internally and perhaps missing a handle)
