A splendid and rare set of twelve 19th Century knives and forks (six of each), each with polished agate handles with bevelled edges, the silver blades with worn makers mark for L&M (possibly French). One knife has been historically repaired (shown in images). Originally this set of antique cutlery would have been used for the fruit course, but they work well for starter or cheese courses too.
Each knife is 20.5cm long
