A superb extra large, heavy gauge early Victorian silver plated, twin handled serving tray on four simple feet. Hallmarks for Martin Hall & Co, dated between 1854-1863. Elaborate twin handles, pierced rim topped with beading edge, Roman key and fauna engraving and a pleasing patina on the main surface to show gentle wear commensurate with its’ age. An impressive piece that would work as a serving tray or an anchor for a drinks display on a table.
