A beautiful Art Deco silver plated champagne wine bucket or cooler by Wiskemann, Belgium Circa 1920s. 

This smart piece of vintage barware has twin flared handles and ringed base. Shown with a matching smaller ice bucket, 1950s spiral glass cocktail shaker and Val Saint Lambert crystal champagne coupes (all available separately).
