A fun and unusual Mid 20th Century silver plated cocktail spirit measure or jigger with a pair of dice as the the stem, by Philip H Vogel & Co, England. This double-ended measure is 1 oz at one end and 1.5 oz at the other. Perfectly useful in the home bar setting.

PH Vogel & Co were one of the English silver makers of the 20th Century who specialised in good quality barware.
