A magnificent, large French silver plated champagne or wine cooler with twin scrolled handles, gadroon rim and a waisted pedestal base, Circa 1940s. This superb quality ice bucket is of a good large size and could hold two bottles of wine. Excellent quality for age with only gentle wear.

This beautiful antique would also be perfect used as a cache pot with an orchid or fern (line it with plastic to ensure soil does not touch the silver over the long term).
